    • Obtaining SRO and digital asset licenses

    • Tokenization of property assets

    • Strategic oversight and global expansion planning

SAMPATEE UK

SAMPATEE UK will be a wholly owned subsidiary of SAMPATEE Group. It will be responsible for executing all property asset purchases within the UK. This model will be replicated in other regions as we scale globally to build a diversified property portfolio.

  • Ownership: Wholly owned by SAMPATEE Group

  • Responsibilities:

    • Executing property asset purchases

    • Managing property operations including residential, commercial, and hospitality properties

As SAMPATEE expands globally, the corporate structure will replicate the UK model in other regions. Each regional subsidiary will handle property acquisitions and management locally, while the parent company in Switzerland will manage tokenization and strategic oversight.
