# First SAMpatee Collection

We are thrilled to announce our first property in the UK, where we will showcase the power of blockchain to create an exclusive NFT collection. This collection will enable our community to vote and stake with the SAM token, shaping the future of the development. Located on a beautiful, leafy road, the site comprises 9 high-specification family houses, each featuring underground car parking, landscaped private and communal gardens, and a small woodland area. Seven units will be upgraded to Prime Basic Smart, while two will serve as research and development hubs to build SAM from the ground up.
