1. Branding for SAMpatee: Establish SAMpatee's global brand identity, positioning it as a leader in tokenized real estate on the Stellar Network.

2. SAMpatee platform build: Develop the platform integrating blockchain and smart property management on the Stellar Network.

3. Launch SAM token: Introduce SAM, a governance and utility token (1B total supply) on the Stellar Network within a DAO structure for scaling SAMpatee community.

4. LaunchPad: Partner with key players to launch 50M SAM tokens, raising $50M.

5. Incorporate in UAE, Switzerland, and Europe: Secure necessary licenses for the NFT staking program on the Stellar Network.

6. Complete Initial Asset Purchase in London: Acquire and upgrade a prime property in London.

7. Aquire Development in UAE: Aquire an off plan development in the UAE in partnership with a local leading developer.

8. Build Proof of Concept for SAMos and SAMai: Develop SAMos and SAMai for smart home integration, ensuring an AI-driven living experience.

9. Launch SAM coin: Introduce SAM coin, a stablecoin for seamless payments within the ecosystem, also on the Stellar Network.
